To celebrate the launch of my cookbook, I threw a luncheon for a group of my friends featuring recipes from the cookbook. I organized the rental of tables, chairs, flatware, decor and a last minute location change due to the rain. I encouraged attendees to promote the lunch on social media, building excitement for the book launch 2 weeks later. The biggest hit at the party was my Gin Mint Lemonade- you can find the recipe and video here!
