Food is exciting for me because that I’m learning all the time. No way can I tell you how to sous vide the perfect steak, but I can tell you how to dice an onion consistently. Yeah, forget butchering an entire pig, today I just need to learn how to perfectly poach an egg. For those of you who still believe boiling water will get you by, this project is for you.
I can’t turn you into Gordon Ramsay, but we can get you ‘dinner on the table’ potential.
